Welcome to Realtor Defense. By using our website or engaging with our legal advisory services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These ensure clarity, compliance, and mutual responsibility in all real estate-related legal engagements.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all services provided by Realtor Defense, including legal support for real estate professionals, contract drafting, buyer protection, compliance advisory, and property-related legal representation within Switzerland.

2. Service Engagement

Legal representation, document review, or strategic advisory begins upon signed confirmation of service terms. No work will be undertaken without express agreement and identity verification of the client.

3. Fees & Payment

• Fees may be fixed, hourly, or retainer-based — clearly stated in writing before engagement.
• All pricing is in CHF and may be subject to VAT where applicable.
• Invoices must be paid before document release or service continuation unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 7 days prior: No cancellation fee.
• Within 2–6 days: 50% fee of booked session or analysis applies.
• Less than 48 hours: Full fee applies unless rescheduling is accepted in writing.

5. Client Obligations

• Provide all relevant documents, facts, and identification truthfully and in full.
• Respect attorney-client confidentiality boundaries and formal communication channels.
• Promptly respond to legal clarification requests to avoid delays or misrepresentation.

6. Legal Accuracy & Limitation

All legal content and analysis are prepared in accordance with Swiss law. Realtor Defense is not responsible for misapplication of advice by third parties or for circumstances beyond legal control (e.g., political or financial disruptions).

8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. Updates will be published here and become effective immediately upon posting.
